Basic principles
The nitrogen liquefier is a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttling refrigeration unit driven by a single compressor with pre cooling to meet the demand for nitrogen liquefaction (-180 ℃). The cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttling refrigeration machine is based on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttling refrigeration cycle. From ambient temperature to target refrigeration temperature, high, medium, and low boiling point pure components are selected to form a multi-component mixed refrigerant, achieving relay matching of the effective refrigeration temperature range of each boiling point component. It is an efficient refrigeration machine that can achieve the temperature range of -40~-196 ℃.
